3-6 Month Contract | Full-Time | Hybrid Working

We are currently recruiting for an Interim Management Accountant to support a busy finance function on a 3-6 month contract. This is a full-time role offering hybrid working, based in Swindon.
This assignment would suit a hands-on Management Accountant who can quickly get up to speed and add value during a period of change or increased workload.
Key Responsibilities *Preparation of monthly management accounts (P&L, balance sheet, variance analysis)
*Budgeting and forecasting, including reforecasts
*Business partnering with non-finance stakeholders
*Review and posting of accruals, prepayments and journals
*Support month-end close to tight deadlines
*Analysis of costs, margins and performance drivers
*Assist with year-end audit preparation (if required)
*Process improvement and ad-hoc financial analysis
About You *Proven experience as a Management Accountant (interim or contract experience desirable)
*Part-qualified or qualified (ACCA / CIMA / ACA)
*Strong Excel skills; ERP system experience advantageous
*Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
*Proactive, adaptable and able to work with minimal supervision
*Available at short notice or immediately
