As an Apprentice Trade Counter & Warehouse Operative, you’ll join our local team where your effort genuinely makes a difference - and where long-term, high-earning careers are built from the ground up. You’ll gain hands-on experience across both warehouse and trade counter operations, while working toward your Level 2 Trade Supplier Apprenticeship. This is more than an apprenticeship - it’s the first step in running your own business unit one day.
What You’ll Do:
· Serve trade and retail customers at the counter and by phone
· Help pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently
· Receive and manage deliveries
· Keep the warehouse organised and safe
· Learn product knowledge and technical basics
· Support sales, logistics, and customer service as part of the wider site team
What You’ll Learn:
