Unique opportunity for an experienced Finance professional to join a long-established manufacturer in the region as a Group Accountant.

Fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a business currently going through an exciting period of growth.

You will coordinate the activities of the finance function, work closely whilst working closely with the Managing Director and Senior Leadership Team.

The Role

* Coordinate the activities of a small finance team.
* Manage monthly and annual financial statements for companies in the Group.
* Group budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling activities.
* Treasury, funding, and foreign currency exposure management.
* Annual stock valuation.
* Providing financial analyses and commentary to support decision making.
* Manage the external audit process.
* Handle the sales ledger.

The Candidate

* Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACA, ACCA)
* Manufacturing experience - Bill of materials, cost of labour, etc.
* Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
* Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines.
* Ability to build business relationships quickly and effectively both internally and externally at all levels.
