Job Details:
*Pay: £23.25 per hour
*Hours of Work: 7:30am – 16:00pm, some Saturdays required
*Duration: Temporary (4 week initial, potentially more work)
*Benefits: Weekly pay, enhanced overtime rates
Job Role: The Pipefitter will be working on-site at a warehouse in Trafford Park. Pipefitter duties include site measuring and the installation of 2" and 1" galvanised screwed pipework as part of a fit-out project. You’ll be interpreting technical drawings and assisting other trades on-site as required.
Essential Skills, Experience, or Qualifications:
*Experienced pipefitter within the commercial/building services sector
*Proven experience working with screwed pipework on similar projects
*NVQ/C&G in pipefitting or equivalent mechanical engineering discipline
*CCNSG/SCATS card
Advantageous Skills, Experience, or Qualifications
*TIG pipe welding experience
*Experience of fabrication and welding work
*Ability to work with stainless steel/carbon steel welded pipework an advantage
