Job Description:
Team Administration Executive
Salary: Up to £30k, depending on experience
Hours: 9:00am – 5:30pm
Location: Office-based / hybrid (3 in office & 2 remote)
The Role
A professional services team is looking for a Team Executive to provide administrative, financial, and reporting support across day-to-day operations. The role offers exposure to structured client processes, with opportunities to develop your career in a supportive environment. This will suit a very organised individual who thrives on providing team support.
Previous experience in property or surveying is a plus, but the role is equally suited to someone with strong administration, financial, or operational experience.
Key Responsibilities *Support financial administration, including coding invoices and monitoring expenditure
*Maintain accurate records and reporting data
*Assist with operational processes, including onboarding and record management
*Prepare internal and client-facing reports
*Contribute to process improvements and team efficiency
Candidate Profile
Essential
*Experience in a professional environment involving administration, finance, or operations
*Confident working with Excel and spreadsheets
*Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
*Professional, proactive approach
*Comfortable managing competing deadlines
Desirable
*Experience in a client-facing or structured professional services setting
*Previous exposure to property or surveying processes
