We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Office Manager to join a vibrant and growing Financial Planning Practice who are based in the Lincoln area.

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Practice Manager to join a well-established Wealth Management firm based in Lincoln. Given the nature of the position, you will need to offer Industry related experience. This is a pivotal role within the business, offering the opportunity to shape operational strategy, improve efficiency, and support advisers and staff in delivering an outstanding client experience. You will play a key role in driving best practice across people, processes, technology, and compliance.


The Role
As Practice Manager, you will work closely with the Managing Director as a strategic partner, sounding board, and operational lead. You will take full ownership of the day-to-day running of the practice, ensuring the business operates efficiently, compliantly, and with a strong client focus.
Your leadership will influence company culture, performance, and long-term success, enabling advisers and support staff to focus on delivering high-quality advice and service.


Key Responsibilities
*Oversee the day-to-day operations of the practice, including people management, business processing, compliance, marketing, and client servicing
*Provide senior-level technical and administrative support to advisers and the Managing Director
*Act as the escalation point for complex client queries, liaising with advisers, clients, and third parties
*Manage team performance, workflow, and holiday planning to ensure consistent service delivery
*Deliver training, technical support, and mentoring to new and junior team members
*Ensure all client documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant
*Oversee financial promotions, including company website updates
*Track advice activity and management information through the CRM system
*Drive continuous improvement across systems and processes to enhance efficiency and client outcomes


Experience & Skills Required
*Proven experience in a similar Practice Manager, Operations Manager, or senior administration role within wealth management, financial services, or mortgage services
*Strong people management and senior administration experience
*Excellent organisational skills with a proactive, self-starter mindset
*Confident communicator with the ability to build rapport and act as a trusted adviser to senior stakeholders
*Experience managing workflows, systems, and procedures with strong regulatory awareness
*Experience using CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce or similar)
*DIP PFS qualification preferred (full CII exam support available)
*Professional, discreet, and confident in all interactions
