Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £27,500
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our client based in Leeds city centre. This is a key role that underpins the success of the sales team, ensuring the smooth and accurate processing of all sales orders.
You will act as a central point of contact for inbound enquiries, deliver outstanding customer service, and provide essential administrative support to both clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate will bring strong organisational skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to thrive within a collaborative team environment.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all details are correct and complete.
*Handle inbound telephone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
*Respond to customer enquiries regarding orders, deliveries, pricing, and general product information.
*Liaise with internal departments (sales, logistics, accounts) to resolve order queries and issues.
*Proactively identify and solve problems to ensure a smooth customer experience.
*Maintain accurate records on internal systems and databases.
*Support the wider sales team with administrative tasks as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Previous experience in a sales administration or customer service role is desirable.
*Strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy.
*Confident telephone manner and excellent communication skills.
*Exceptional organisational and time-management abilities.
*Ability to problem solve and remain calm under pressure.
*Comfortable working with computer systems and proficient in Microsoft Office.
