Housekeeper
*Location: Evesham/Broadway
*Job Type: Part-time - 19.5 hours / week
*Salary: £12,414.65 per annum
We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join our team, responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of communal areas to enhance the welfare and benefit of residents and colleagues. This role is pivotal in ensuring our facilities meet defined standards of cleanliness and safety.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Thoroughly clean all communal areas according to the cleaning schedule.
*Maintain areas in a safe and tidy condition, ensuring a pleasant environment for residents and staff.
*Adhere to safe systems of work, including COSHH and other health and safety processes.
*Report any building or safety issues to the Team Leader – Facilities during the execution of duties.
*Ensure that all data protection requirements are met in accordance with the Group’s policy and statutory requirements.
*Comply with legal obligations and all policies and procedures, including financial regulations, safeguarding, health and safety, and all regulatory requirements.
*Identify and manage risks within the scope of the post, ensuring that appropriate actions are taken to manage these risks.
*Provide a high level of customer service to both internal and external customers.
*Positively promote and represent the organisation at all times.
*Undertake any other reasonable duties as requested.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Proven experience in housekeeping or a similar role.
*Knowledge of cleaning techniques and safety protocols.
*Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards.
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
*Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
