This is a well-established independent wealth management firm with a strong local presence and an excellent reputation. The business is known for delivering high-quality, truly independent advice and for putting clients at the heart of everything they do.
As an Independent Financial Adviser, you’ll be joining a company that values long-term relationships, professional integrity and doing the right thing for clients. The firm is growing steadily and offers a supportive, professional environment with ongoing training and clear career development.
The opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for an Independent Financial Adviser to join a friendly, hand-picked team of professionals within a growing financial planning firm.
From day one, the Independent Financial Adviser will be provided with an existing client bank, allowing you to focus on delivering excellent advice rather than sourcing business from scratch. *Creating bespoke financial plans tailored to individual goals
*Building strong, long-term client relationships
*Developing new business through referrals and professional connections
*Identifying and closing new opportunities
*Keeping accurate and up-to-date client records
*Reviewing clients in line with company policy and Consumer Duty requirements
*Representing the company professionally at all times
*Working closely with your support team and contributing positively to the wider business
What I’m looking for
To be successful as an Independent Financial Adviser, you’ll ideally have:
*A minimum of 3 years’ experience in an Independent Financial Adviser role
*Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (or working towards Chartered status)
*A strong eye for detail and pride in delivering high-quality advice
*A genuinely client-first mindset
*Confidence in networking and generating new business
*A proactive, self-motivated approach
*Experience using CRM systems, cashflow planning tools and FE Analytics
*Strong technical knowledge across pensions, trusts and IHT planning
Why apply?
This role is ideal for an Independent Financial Adviser who wants quality clients, genuine support and long-term career progression. You’ll be trusted, valued and given the opportunity to build a successful future within a respected and growing firm.
If you’re an Independent Financial Adviser ready for your next move, I’d love to hear from you.
