My client is offering you the opportunity to manage a high-quality caseload, working with a diverse range of clients and contributing to the continued success of their growing practice.

The role:

-Handle claims across the OIC, MOJ, small claims, and fast-track, depending on your experience.
-Manage both pre & post litigation work
-You will also deal with multi-track matters involving complex injuries, indemnity issues & liability disputes arising from RTA
-Clients include insurers, claims handling companies and self insured companies

Required Experience
-3+ years PQE in defendant personal injury or civil litigation.
-Substantial civil litigation expertise, preferably within a defendant-focused practice, together with a comprehensive understanding of the litigation process from initial instruction through to final resolution.
-Detailed knowledge of personal injury protocols and the Civil Procedure Rules, with the ability to interpret and apply them accurately and effectively.
-Demonstrated proficiency in advising clients, preparing legal documentation, conducting negotiations, and managing an independent caseload, including exercising sound judgment in making strategic decisions to advance matters efficiently.
-Exceptional organisational and time-management capabilities, with the capacity to manage competing priorities and maintain high standards of performance within a demanding and time-sensitive environment.
-Flexibility to undertake a varied caseload, encompassing both routine claims and more complex or technical matters, in accordance with the needs of the team.
-Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally and constructively with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
-Strong commercial awareness, ensuring that legal advice is both technically robust and aligned with client objectives and broader business considerations.
