Housing Management Associate - Top Tier National Law Firm
Location: Birmingham
Salary: £60,000 - £75,000 + Market-Leading Benefits
My client is a national top tier law firm, and they are looking to recruit a Housing Management Associate to join their growing team in Birmingham.
You will be handling a mixed caseload of files that will include:
*Possession proceedings
*Injunction applications
*Equality Act 2010 and Mental Capacity Act 2005 cases
*Breach of tenancy and other housing-related disputes
*Housing disrepair claims
What they’re looking for:
You’ll ideally have NQ -5 years’ PQE with experience in housing management.
