Advisory Tax Manager / Leeds/ Hybrid / £70,000 DOE with Benefits
An opportunity to join a well-established and forward-thinking private client tax team within a Top 10 Practice. This role offers the chance to work closely with business owners, trustees and high-net-worth individuals, delivering pragmatic, high-quality tax advisory services while building long-term client relationships.

The Role
This is a client-facing advisory role with responsibility for managing a portfolio of private clients with complex personal tax affairs. You’ll work closely with senior colleagues across tax and advisory teams to deliver holistic, commercially focused advice.
Key responsibilities:
* Managing and advising a portfolio of private clients, including HNWIs, business owners and trustees
* Reviewing tax reports and advisory work prepared by junior team members
* Providing advice across areas such as succession planning, profit extraction, relocations and exit planning
* Liaising with HMRC on technical and advisory matters
* Managing work-in-progress and billing
* Ensuring files meet internal quality and risk standards
* Identifying advisory opportunities and supporting business development
* Coaching and mentoring junior team members
Skills
*Strong private client Tax Advisory experience
* CTA qualified (or equivalent experience)
* Proven experience managing advisory projects and meeting deadlines
* Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills
* Commercial mindset with the ability to identify wider advisory opportunities
