The role will include:
* Managing a diverse caseload of commercial litigation matters

* Advising clients on complex disputes and litigation strategy

* Drafting pleadings, correspondence and court documents

* Representing clients in negotiations, mediations and dispute resolution proceedings

* Working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver a high standard of client service

* Maintaining strong client relationships and contributing to business development where appropriate

About you:
* Qualified Solicitor with experience in commercial litigation

* Confident managing a varied litigation caseload with minimal supervision

* Strong understanding of commercial law and dispute resolution processes

* Excellent advocacy, negotiation and communication skills

* Proactive, organised and commercially aware

* Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
