The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will have the opportunity to lead cost planning and commercial management on a range of exciting projects across London and the South East.
Senior Quantity Surveyor - Key Responsibilities
*Lead full pre- and post-contract cost management services across complex schemes
*Prepare detailed cost plans, manage procurement processes, and advise on tender strategies
*Oversee contract administration under JCT and NEC forms
*Guide junior Quantity Surveyors and support APC candidates
*Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors
*Support the commercial lead in managing budgets, reporting, and financial forecasting
Senior Quantity Surveyor - Candidate Requirements
*5+ years of experience in a consultancy or client-side environment
*MRICS or working towards chartership
*Strong understanding of NEC contracts (Essential)
*Comfortable managing multiple projects and mentoring junior staff
*Professional, confident, and client-focused
*Experience across sectors such as aviation, infrastructure or big utilities
