Key Responsibilities*Preparation and review of statutory accounts for limited companies, partnerships, and sole traders
*Preparation of management accounts and supporting client advisory work
*Managing a portfolio of Business Services clients and maintaining strong client relationships
*Supporting, mentoring, and reviewing the work of junior team members
*Liaising with clients, HMRC, and internal stakeholders as required
Requirements*ACA / ACCA qualified or finalist (or equivalent experience)
*Must have a minimum of 2 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
*Strong technical knowledge of accounts preparation and compliance
*Excellent communication and organisational skills
*A proactive and professional approach with a desire to progress
