Senior CDM Principal Designer - Nottingham
An independent, medium-sized construction consultancy are seeking a Senior CDM Principal Designer to join their Nottingham office. The business has a strong reputation across the Midlands and works with long-standing clients across education, residential and commercial sectors.
The Senior CDM Principal Designer will join an established CDM team and support ongoing project delivery.
The Senior CDM Principal Designer Role
The appointed Senior CDM Principal Designer will manage Principal Designer duties across multiple live projects and act as a key client contact.
Duties of the Senior CDM Principal Designer to include:
· Principal Designer duties under CDM 2015
· Client advisory services
· Design risk management
· Coordination of design teams
In Return………?
· £50,000 to £65,000 per annum (DOE)
· Car allowance
· Benefits package
