The Firm
Our client is a highly successful, long-standing law firm with a strong presence across the UK.?Known for its deep-rooted relationships and collaborative culture, they are now seeking a proactive Marketing & BD Executive to join their growing team during an exciting period of strategic development.
The Opportunity
This is an excellent opportunity for an organized and creative professional to support the Marketing and BD Director and Managers in delivering a wide range of strategic initiatives.?You will have exposure to a cross-section of activities, from high-profile events to digital campaigns, helping the firm continue its growth through focused client and intermediary activity. Key responsibilities include:
*Contributing to business intelligence by analyzing data and external trends to develop reports for partners?
*Managing end-to-end organization and coordination of major BD and marketing events?
*Producing high-quality award and directory submissions in collaboration with key stakeholders?
*Supporting the creation of tailored pitch and credential materials utilizing best practice?
*Publishing digital content and managing social media activity to support strategic objectives?
*Working closely with the Communications team to deliver integrated marketing campaigns on hot topics?
*Maintaining relationship intelligence and supporting the evolution of CRM activity?
*Deploying cross-practice initiatives to key client audiences and sectors?
*Supporting the maintenance of marketing collateral, copy banks, and credentials?
Requirements
*Minimum two years’ experience in business development or marketing within professional services?
*Strong writing and editing skills, with experience drafting award submissions or pitch materials?
*Proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and handle stakeholder expectations?
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems?
*Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and work collaboratively across the firm
