In this role, reporting to the Financial Controller, your responsibilities will include:


- Completion of monthly management accounts (with full training and guidance)
- Assisting in weekly cash flow forecasting and intercompany reporting
- Reviewing sales invoices produced by the team and uploading them onto the accounting system
- Collaborating with the Financial Controller to introduce checklists and procedures for tasks across the finance function
- Preparing quarterly VAT returns
- Supporting bank reconciliations and control of the fixed asset register and leased vehicles


Additional support tasks may include:


- Credit control and assessment of outstanding debtor positions
- Processing purchase invoices
- Assisting with annual external audits
- Working with the Financial Controller to standardize processes across the wider Group
