Sales Order Administrator

My client are a well-known and widely recognised global retailer who are looking for a Sales Order Administrator to join their Head Office in Manchester.
The ideal candidate must have previous experience handling large datasets, be highly proficient on Microsoft Excel and have some Data Analysis experience.
As a Sales Order Administrator your duties will include:
*Managing customer orders efficiently
*Provide timely updates to customers on progress
*Manage stock issues effectively
*Maintain accurate customer details on the database
*Preparation of export documentation if necessary
As a Sales Order Administrator you will have the following skills:
*Previous experience handling large datasets
*Highly proficient on Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP’s
*Previous Customer Service experience in a B2B environment
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Strong attention to detail
*Proficient on Microsoft Office
