Role Overview
We are seeking an analytically minded individual to join our client’s team as an Administrator. This is an ideal entry-level role for a recent school or college leaver with a strong academic background in Mathematics or Economics who is looking to
kickstart their career. You will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day financial operations of the company. The company offers a fabulous working environment with free parking. Due to the location it would be best to be a driver with your own transport.
Key Responsibilities
Data Management: Processing invoices, expenses, etc with a high degree of accuracy.
Analysis: Utilising your mathematical background to help track KPIs and analyse budget variances.
Communication: Acting as a point of contact for internal departments and external suppliers regarding payment queries.
Compliance: Maintaining organised digital and physical filing systems to ensure audit readiness.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education: A strong academic record in Mathematics, Economics, or Statistics (A-Level or College Diploma equivalent).
Numerical Literacy: The ability to analyse and spot patterns or errors in data sets.
Software Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel (familiarity with VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables is a significant plus).
Attention to Detail: A "right first time" mentality and a methodical approach to tasks.
Communication: Clear written and verbal communication skills.
