The Role
As a Conveyancing Solicitor, you will manage a varied residential caseload from instruction to completion, including:
*Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
*Transfers of equity and remortgages
*New build transactions
*Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and other solicitors
*Ensuring all files progress smoothly and efficiently
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
*A minimum of 2+ years’ experience in residential conveyancing (PQE flexible)
*Strong technical knowledge across all aspects of property law
*Excellent communication and client-care skills
*The ability to manage a full caseload independently
*A proactive, organised, and detail-driven approach
NQ solicitors with strong conveyancing experience will be considered.
