The Hours for this position is fantastic as the store is only open until 5.30pm each day for the store Manager, The Store is Closed on Sundays.


Hours of opening:
Monday to Saturday 09.00 am to 17:30 pm the Saturday is done on a roster system that is set by the team, on average you will be working 2 or 1 Saturdays per month. The Store Manager will not be expected to work Bank Holidays as the other colleagues will cover these.

The Store Manager will be responsible for :
*Creating a fantastic customer offer through a great looking store environment, managing the shop layout changes depending on seasonal/shop development demands With assistance and consultation from management, implementing traffic driving activities such as product demonstrations, price promotions and promotional displays, whilst maintaining a safe environment in the shop area for customers, visitors and colleagues
*Managing stock replenishment procedures, ensuring all stock deliveries are processed in a timely manner and out of stocks are investigated promptly. Managing rolling stock checks in line with the schedule set by management
*Maintaining a consistently high level of communication with the Regional Manager, including producing monthly board reports, weekly workload plans and daily updates
*Maintaining a commercial and well-presented store environment and ensuring an accurate stock file in line with company expectation in a safe arena for customers & colleague
*Managing the cash handling policy including cash reconciliation and banking procedure




PackageBasic: 37K to 38K OTE: £642.50 per quarter ( £2570 per year)
