Are you ready to take the next step in your finance career? Our client are looking for a Management Accountant to join a progressive, people-focused organisation in Liverpool. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ACA first-time mover from Big 4/Top 10, or an experienced ACCA/CIMA-qualified professional from industry.

The Role:
Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, you’ll play a key role in delivering accurate and insightful financial reporting. You’ll have the chance to develop into Assistant FC or FC, gaining exposure to strategic projects and leadership responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
*Prepare and review management accounts
*Regulatory and statutory reporting
*Deliver financial analysis and reporting to support decision-making
*Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
*Support process improvements and system enhancements
*Collaborate across finance and operational teams
What we’re looking for:
*ACA (Big 4/Top 10 first-time mover) OR ACCA/CIMA from industry
*Strong technical accounting skills and commercial acumen
*Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
*Ambition to progress into senior finance leadership
