An ambitious Corporate Finance Associate Director is required to join a growing, entrepreneurial advisory team. The role combines hands-on deal execution with business development and team leadership, offering the opportunity to play a meaningful role in the firm’s continued growth.
Key Responsibilities
*Lead the day-to-day execution of sell-side transactions, managing the full deal lifecycle and key deliverables.
*Act as primary contact for clients, buyers, and advisers, ensuring high-quality outcomes across multiple transactions.
*Contribute to deal origination and development of a personal advisory pipeline.
*Build and maintain strong relationships across clients, investors, and intermediaries.
*Line manage and develop team members, supporting performance, progression, and a positive team culture.
Candidate Profile
*5–7 years’ relevant corporate finance or transaction experience.
*ACA/ACCA with strong academics
*Commercially minded, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
*Motivated by joining a growing business and making a long-term contribution.
