Employment Solicitor - Leeds - Hybrid Working
Are you an Employment Solicitor looking for your next move? We’re working with a well-regarded law firm seeking a solicitor to join their specialist Employment team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a varied client base, including charities, schools and academy trusts, as well as private clients such as family businesses, landed estates, and individuals employing care providers.
The role covers both non-contentious and contentious employment matters , including representing clients at tribunals, and there’s scope to tailor the workload to your experience. Whether you’re looking to build on your current employment law expertise or develop your advisory skills in schools and academy trusts, this could be the perfect next step.

Who we’re looking for
*Solicitors with 2–6 years PQE in employment law (HR, tribunal, or litigation experience desirable).

*A team player with strong communication skills , great organisation, and attention to detail.
*Ambitious candidates open to broadening their advisory experience within schools and academy trusts are very welcome.
