Marketing Operations Consultant (Marketo)
Up to £65,000 | Remote (UK)
We’re working with a specialist B2B marketing and revenue consultancy that partners with ambitious organisations to improve funnel performance, reporting, and go-to-market effectiveness. They’re now looking for a Marketing Operations Consultant with strong Marketo experience to join their growing team.
This role suits someone who is data-driven, commercially minded, and confident working with senior stakeholders, but who isn’t necessarily a fully formed Senior RevOps Consultant yet.
As a Marketing Operations Consultant, you’ll work closely with clients to understand how their marketing and sales funnels are performing, where activity is getting stuck, and what needs to change to drive better outcomes.
This Marketing Operations Consultant will be responsible for:
- Acting as a Marketo specialist within client environments, supporting optimisation and best practice
- Working with senior stakeholders to identify funnel bottlenecks and performance issues
- Analysing funnel metrics, conversion rates, pipeline data and financial reports
- Translating data into clear, practical, outcome-focused recommendations
- Supporting the optimisation of lead management processes, lifecycle reporting and dashboards
- Building and maintaining clear, meaningful performance reports
- Supporting the implementation and optimisation of marketing and sales technology, primarily Marketo
- Collaborating with more senior consultants on larger transformation and RevOps projects
- This is a hands-on, analytical role where you’ll need to hold the room, think on your feet, and communicate confidently with senior audiences.
This Marketing Operations Consultant will have:
- Strong hands-on experience with Marketo (build, optimisation, reporting, workflows)
- Experience in marketing operations, revenue operations, or a data-focused marketing role
- Exposure to real commercial funnels, either in-house or within an agency/consultancy
- High confidence working with metrics, reporting and performance data
- Comfortable discussing numbers, forecasts and funnel performance with senior stakeholders
- Able to stay composed under pressure and respond confidently in live discussions
- Highly data-led, logical and outcome-focused
Nice to have (but not essential)
- Exposure to B2B, technology or account-based marketing environments
- Experience supporting senior stakeholders with performance reporting or forecasting
- Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot or BI platforms
