Manufacturing Operative (Electronics) – Temporary

£12.21 per hour

Monday to Friday

Our client, a well-established and reputable electronics manufacturing business based on the Isle of Wight, is currently recruiting Manufacturing Operatives to support their production team on a temporary basis. This role would suit candidates with an interest in electronics manufacturing or previous experience working with components, assembly, or soldering.

Key Responsibilities:
*Assembly of electronic components in line with production specifications


*Carrying out soldering tasks (through-hole and/or surface mount, depending on role)


*Working with small components and precision tools


*Visual inspection and basic quality checks


*Following technical instructions, drawings, and work orders


*Adhering to health & safety and quality standards at all times



The Ideal Candidate:
*Previous experience within electronics manufacturing, assembly, or soldering is desirable


*Good manual dexterity and attention to detail


*Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced production environment


*Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to Monday–Friday working hours


*IPC certification beneficial but not essential
