This is a fantastic opportunity to join an exceptionally professional and client-focused financial planning business with a strong reputation for delivering personalised, thoughtful, and robust advice. Working closely with highly skilled advisers, you will play a central part in delivering bespoke financial plans for a diverse range of Private Client and High-Net-Worth individuals.

*A culture where new ideas are encouraged, and career progression is genuinely supported
The Role
As a Senior Paraplanner, you will be responsible for providing in-depth technical support and high-quality financial planning analysis to help deliver exceptional client outcomes. Your responsibilities will include:

*Preparing comprehensive and tailored financial plans and suitability reports
*Building and reviewing cashflow models to illustrate complex scenarios
*Maintaining high standards of compliance and accurate client records
*Supporting advisers in client meetings where required, acting as a technical expert
*Assisting with implementation of advice, from applications to portfolio changes
*Contributing to continual process improvement and supporting wider team development
This is a varied and intellectually stimulating role, perfect for someone who enjoys deep technical work and thrives in a collaborative environment.
About You
The ideal candidate will bring a blend of technical capability, curiosity, and professionalism. You will have:
*Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (minimum)
*Progression toward (or attainment of) Chartered or advanced qualifications – ideally Level 6+
*At least three years’ paraplanning or technical financial planning experience
*Strong understanding of investments, pensions, protection, tax & estate planning
*Experience using tools such as Voyant and Intelligent Office (or similar)
*Excellent written communication skills and a high attention to detail
*The ability to analyse complex information and present it clearly
*A proactive, organised approach and genuine commitment to professional growth
What’s In It for You
*£47,000 – £60,000 salary, depending on experience
*Hybrid working arrangement
*Ongoing professional development and full exam support
*The chance to work closely with senior advisers on complex, rewarding cases
*A supportive, high-performing, and values-driven team culture
If you’re an experienced, analytical, and ambitious Paraplanner looking for a role where your expertise truly matters, we’d love to hear from you.
