Job Description:
Our Client is an integrated wealth management group offering financial planning and in-house fund management.


They currently manage over £1.4 billion[1] of assets on behalf of clients.


Many of the advisers and Directors have been with the firm since its inception in the 1980’s. As a firm they operate at the highest level of ethics, proven competence and knowledge.


Due to this ongoing success require a junior administrator who want to progress.


Whether you are slightly experienced or a graduate who sees themselves with a career of Wealth Management this could be an opportunity for you.


The Admin Assistant will typically possess some financial services experience. They should be able to manage a challenging and varied workload, receiving requests from a number of stakeholders and work to the deadlines agreed. The Admin Assistant will be able to manage expectations and confidently liaise with other departments and third parties to ensure accurate information is obtained for onward transmission to colleagues.


Duties:
*Maintaining client records, data gathering and relevant research.
*Utilise industry software to support in providing services to clients, for example cashflow modelling and FE analytics.
*Completion of documentation ready for clients to check and sign and submission of applications as appropriate.
*Building and checking new business files to ensure all documentation is correct and in place, and that all files are compliant in line with Industry and Firm standards.
*Be able to deal with clients and relevant queries.
*Day-to-day Administration tasks – identifying what’s required, where client cases have information missing or outstanding actions. Then working with the advisers and administrative team to obtain this information.
*Record any client communications (whether that communication is written, oral or electronic) including client related communications with third parties. Client communications and client related communications are required to be recorded on the client’s file in line with company policy in clear and intelligible English.
*Complete technical servicing letters such as taxable withdrawal letters, fund switch letters, decumulation reports.
*Experience using Intelliflo would be advantageous.
*Other ad hoc duties when required.
