Job Description:
*£55,000 OTE
*Car allowance
*1 in 2 Saturdays
Sales / Senior Sales Negotiator – TootingBasic Salary: £20,000 – £25,000
OTE: £45,000 – £55,000
Car Allowance: £3,000 per annum
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:45am–6:00pm
Saturdays: 1 in 2 (moving to 1 in 3) – afternoon off when working a Saturday
Holiday: 21 days + birthday off + Christmas to New Year closure

Key Responsibilities *Registering applicants and conducting viewings
*Managing offers and negotiating sales
*Building strong relationships with buyers and vendors
*Generating new business and supporting market appraisals
*Providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
What We’re Looking For *Experience in residential sales within London
*A confident communicator with strong negotiation skills
*Well-presented, proactive, and target-driven
*A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
*Full UK driving licence (preferred but not essential if local)
