Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physiotherapist Band 6 to join the Therapy Inpatients team at Aintree Hospital.
Key Responsibilities:
*Undertake timely physiotherapy assessments on inpatient or reablement wards
*Determine discharge readiness, and physiotherapeutic interventions required.
*Parallel planning.
*Develop and monitor individualised exercise and rehabilitation plans.
*Liaise with hospital, community, and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care.
*Support timely flow and discharge
Requirements:
*Relevant Physiotherapy qualification.
*HCPC Registered.
*Experience in an acute surgery setting.
*Strong communication and teamwork skills.
*Commitment to patient-centred care.
