Main Dealer | Tonbridge
Basic Salary £25,000 | Realistic OTE £80,000+ | Company Car
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Car Sales Executive to join a busy, well-established main dealer representing a high-demand brand in Tonbridge.

The Role
You will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer experiences while achieving strong sales performance across new and used vehicles.
Key Responsibilities:
*Selling new and used vehicles in line with dealership and manufacturer standards
*Achieving vehicle sales targets alongside finance, insurance, and accessory objectives
*Building strong rapport with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable solutions
*Delivering exceptional customer service to encourage repeat business and referrals
*Following a structured sales process at all times
About You
*Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Car Sales Executive (main dealer experience preferred)
*A stable career history within automotive sales
*Confident, professional, and customer-focused approach
*Experience working within a defined sales process
*Full, clean UK driving licence
