Accountancy Practice Specialists Taylor Rose Recruitment have just been instructed on a fantastic Accounts Semi Senior opportunity on behalf of a progressive and forward thinking firm of Chartered Accountants in Coventry.


Ideal for an individual working in practice who is AAT qualified and/or part way through their ACA/ ACCA studies.


The role will involve working with an interesting and varied portfolio of clients, including SMEs and OMBs from an array of sectors providing accounts services (statutory accounts, management accounts, bookkeeping).

The Role:


Preparation of statutory accounts under FRS102
Drafting corporate tax computations
Review of VAT returns & bookkeeping
Management accounts preparation
Training clients on accountancy software
Dealing with client queries
Attending client meetings
Assisting & mentoring junior staff


You:


AAT Level 3/4 and/ or ACA / ACCA Student/ PQ
Practice experience is essential
Knowledge of accounting software such as Sage or Xero (ideally)
Strong written and verbal skills
UK Resident
