About the Graduate ProgramOur Graduate Program is a structured early-career pathway designed to support recent graduates as they transition from university into the workforce. Commencing in March, the program combines hands-on work, formal learning, and professional development to help you build technical capability, business acumen, and confidence.
Graduates will gain exposure to multiple areas of the business (where applicable), develop a broad skill set, and receive ongoing guidance from leaders, mentors, and peers.
Program StructureThe program typically runs for [12–24 months] and includes:
*Formal onboarding and induction at the start of the program
*Planned rotations across key teams or functions (depending on role and business needs)
*On-the-job learning through real projects and meaningful responsibilities
*Structured training sessions covering technical, professional, and leadership skills
*Mentoring and buddy support from experienced team members
*Regular performance check-ins and development feedback
*A capstone project or final placement aligned to long-term career pathways
Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Graduate, you will:
*Work alongside experienced professionals on day-to-day operations and projects
*Apply academic knowledge to practical business challenges
*Support research, analysis, reporting, and documentation tasks
*Assist with planning, problem-solving, and process improvement initiatives
*Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders
*Manage competing priorities while meeting deadlines
*Actively participate in learning, development, and networking opportunities
Skills & ExperienceWe are looking for graduates who:
*Have completed (or will soon complete) a relevant degree within the last [1–2] years
*Are available to commence full-time employment in March
*Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills
*Show initiative, curiosity, and a willingness to learn
*Have strong organisational and time-management skills
*Can think critically and approach problems analytically
*Are comfortable working in a team-based environment
*Bring a positive attitude and growth mindset
