About the role
As a Children’s Social Worker at Milton Keynes City Council, you will play a critical role in safeguarding and supporting children and families. This position is designed for professionals who are passionate about making a real difference in the lives of vulnerable children and young people.

*Working collaboratively with multi-agency partners to deliver the best outcomes for children.
*Providing direct support to children and families, empowering them to achieve positive change.
*Making evidence-based decisions that put the child’s welfare at the heart of everything you do.
*Attending court proceedings and preparing clear, accurate reports when required.
*Contributing to team development, sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues.
About You
*Qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England
*Passionate about supporting children, young people, and families
*Resilient, innovative, and able to make evidence-based decisions
*UK driving licence with business insurance
*Willing to work flexibly, including occasional out-of-hours work
