Job Description:
Residential Conveyancing Solicitor Legal Executive , Bristol
This is a chance to join a specialist conveyancing department, laser-focused on delivering outstanding conveyancing services — and it shows. Their niche approach has earned them national recognition, including multiple Awards, and a reputation clients genuinely trust.
Due to continued growth and demand, they’re now offering an immediately available opportunity for an experienced Residential Conveyancer or Solicitor or Legal Executive to join their friendly, collaborative, and stands out team.
The role is based in Bristol and the hours are 9am to 5pm typically but with hybrid and flexible working options available.
You’ll be joining a team that values expertise, quality over quantity, and people — both clients and colleagues. This is a chance to make a real impact, not just manage files.
What You’ll Be Doing
*Running your own varied and interesting residential conveyancing caseload
*Handling transactions including: *Sales & purchases
*Remortgages
*Leasehold & new builds
*Lease extensions & unregistered land
*Advising confidently on SDLT, restrictions, cautions, and complex title matters
*Building strong relationships with clients, estate agents, and brokers
*Mentoring and supporting junior team members, helping them grow and succeed
What They’re Looking For
*3+ years’ experience managing a complex residential conveyancing caseload
*Strong technical knowledge paired with excellent client care
*A proactive, organised, and self-motivated professional
*Someone who enjoys working in a supportive, team-focused environment
