Trainee Financial Adviser
Location: Central Manchester (Three days WFH once signed off)
Salary: Up to £45,000 (dependent on experience/qualifications)

As a Trainee Financial Adviser, you will gain hands-on experience delivering tailored financial advice to clients across the UK, working closely with senior advisers, paraplanners, compliance professionals, and a highly efficient administration team.


What You’ll Be Doing
*Conducting client fact-finding interviews to establish objectives ahead of advice stages
*Supporting the Accessing Benefits Team with pension/investment withdrawal requests, income strategies, and cashflow analysis
*Learning directly from senior advisers acting as mentors, including call listening, systems support, and process overviews
*Progressing to carry out telephony annual review meetings with clients under supervision
*Identifying further business opportunities, referrals, and additional contributions for clients
*Eventually delivering full client advice as competency is achieved
*Keeping up to date with legislation, compliance, and industry changes
*Maintaining CPD records and adhering to regulatory requirements
Training is agile and tailored to individual progression and business needs. There is no fixed timeframe – your development is fully supported.


Who We’re Looking For
*Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (essential)
*Strong organisational skills and ability to manage workload effectively
*Ideally some prior financial services experience (advising, paraplanning, or administration)
*Previous client contact or sales experience advantageous but not essential
*High attention to detail and a strong team ethic
*Excellent telephone manner and customer-focused approach
