Job Description:
Mortgage Advisor – Office Based
Location: Leigh-on-Sea
Salary: £30,000 Basic + Competitive Commission (OTE £48,000+)
Contract: Full-Time | Employed | Office Based
A thriving, lead-rich mortgage brokerage in Leigh-on-Sea is looking for an experienced Mortgage Advisor to join their expanding team. This is a fully office-based role, so applicants must live within a reasonable daily commute.

Responsibilities:
• Handle a high volume of warm inbound mortgage enquiries
• Provide compliant mortgage and protection advice
• Manage cases from initial enquiry through to completion
• Work closely with admin/processing teams
• Convert leads efficiently to maintain a strong banking pipeline
Requirements:
• CeMAP qualified (or equivalent)
• Experience as a Mortgage Advisor
• Strong communicator with excellent client-facing confidence
• Comfortable working fully office based
• Must live within a reasonable commute of Leigh-on-Sea
