I am currently recruiting for a Retail Marketing Specialist for a well-established business with a multi-site presence, going through an exciting period of growth.

Responsibilities:
As a Retail Marketing Specialist, you will:
*Be responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns for new store launches
*Develop and manage promotional activity and community engagement
*Work closely with multiple store teams and external agencies for marketing campaigns
*Track the in-store experience and overall in-store marketing performance

Requirements:
As a Retail Marketing Specialist, you will need:
*Over 2 years’ experience working in a field or retail marketing role
*Strong understanding of local marketing and store operations
*Experience of working across a multi-site environment
*Comfortable with extensive travel across the UK
*Strong project management and commercial skills

Benefits:

*A salary of up to £45,000 per annum, depending on experience
