About the RoleOur client - a recruitment firm within the financial and technology sectors, are looking to hire a Graduate Recruitment Consultant to join its growing team. This is an entry-level opportunity for motivated graduates or early-career professionals looking to build a career in recruitment within a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
You will work with a range of clients and candidates, managing the recruitment process from sourcing through to offer stage, while developing strong market knowledge and long-term relationships.

About You*Recent graduate or early-career professional
*Interest in recruitment and/or financial markets
*Strong communication and relationship-building skills
*Ambitious, proactive, and target-driven
*Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
*Right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship)

Key Responsibilities*Source and screen candidates using multiple channels
*Match candidates to suitable roles based on skills and experience
*Support interview and offer processes
*Build and manage client and candidate relationships
*Conduct market research and maintain recruitment databases
*Contribute to business development activities
