My client is a well known regional firm who are looking to strengthen their Residential Conveyancing team with the appointment of an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer.

Working alongside the Head of Department, and other Residential Conveyancing law fee earners, you will have your own caseload.

Salary is highly competitive with the potential to earn a generous bonus on top of basic income and you’ll be happy to manage a mixed caseload.

Typical matters involve : Traditional sales and purchase and handling a varied caseload from instruction to completion whilst ensuring high standards are maintained at all times is a must. Due to the high level of client contact you must possess excellent communication skills.

You will be confident in your own attributes and abilities, driven and motivated , able to work well as part of a team.
