Job Description:
Our client is a respected and growing provider of workplace financial wellbeing services, partnering with major UK employers to support their people through guidance, coaching and financial planning solutions. With a strong reputation and a rapidly expanding corporate client base, they are now seeking an experienced Director of Workplace Financial Wellbeing to drive further growth across the London market.
The OpportunityThis senior role is pivotal in shaping the organisation’s corporate financial wellbeing strategy, building new partnerships and ensuring high-quality delivery for clients. You will lead business development activity, strengthen relationships with corporate decision makers and help evolve the workplace wellbeing proposition.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Growth*Lead the go-to-market strategy for workplace financial wellbeing.
*Build and manage a strong pipeline of HR, reward, benefits and pensions prospects.
*Use your established network to introduce the proposition to new corporate buyers.
*Represent the organisation externally as a recognised voice in financial wellbeing.
*Lead tenders, commercial negotiations, pricing and contracting.
*Ensure accurate and timely pipeline MI.
Client Onboarding & Delivery Oversight*Oversee seamless onboarding for new corporate clients.
*Set clear expectations and ensure delivery teams are fully briefed.
*Maintain oversight of programme delivery, quality and outcomes.
*Support and mentor colleagues, role-modelling strong client management.
*Ensure compliance requirements and CRM data standards are met.
Client Development & Relationship Expansion*Identify risks across client accounts and put mitigation plans in place.
*Maintain strong ongoing relationships to support client retention.
*Respond to client feedback and ensure exceptional service standards.
*Identify opportunities to broaden corporate relationships across wider service areas.
About YouSuccess in this role requires:
*A strong existing network within HR, reward, benefits and/or pensions.
*Proven experience winning new corporate business.
*Commercial awareness, resilience and a proactive approach to business development.
*Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
*Excellent written and verbal communication.
*Experience in financial wellbeing, employee benefits or related financial services.
*Leadership capability with a passion for mentoring and supporting teams.
*A collaborative mindset and ability to influence at senior level.
