Why This Role Will Appeal to You
*You’ll work closely with advisers and administrators, supporting complex pension and investment work.

*You’ll build deeper technical expertise through hands-on involvement in valuations, drawdown, fund switches, and suitability preparation.
*You’ll enjoy a collaborative culture that encourages your growth and invests in your long-term development.
What You’ll Be Doing
*Processing and checking new business applications across pensions and investments.
*Managing applications and liaising with providers through to completion.
*Supporting client retirement journeys, including drawdown and benefit payments.
*Producing client valuations, review packs, and preparing paperwork for recommendations.
*Obtaining product illustrations and pre-completing application forms.
*Monitoring and updating the internal back-office system.
*Handling letters of authority, chasing information, and maintaining accurate records.
*Responding to client queries with professionalism and clarity.
*Preparing information for suitability reports and assisting advisers with case progress.
*Ensuring all work meets compliance and legislative standards.
What We’re Looking For
*Experience within financial planning, paraplanning support, or wealth management administration.
*Strong understanding of pensions, investments, and the end-to-end advice process.
*Highly organised, excellent attention to detail, and comfortable working under pressure when needed.
*Confident communicator who can handle client contact professionally.
*A proactive, positive team player with a desire to continually develop.
The Offer
*Salary: £25,000 – £35,000 (dependent on experience & qualifications).
*Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm.
*28 days holiday, including Christmas office closure, plus bank holidays.
*Full training and ongoing professional development.
*A stable, supportive team environment with clear opportunities to grow.
If you’re looking for a role that blends technical challenge with meaningful client impact—and you want to join a business that truly supports your career—this is an opportunity not to miss.
