Salary: Grade D, £25,185-£25,989 (DOE) FTE
Actual Salary: £17,564-£18,124 (DOE) pro rata
Contract: Permanent, 39 weeks per year (term time), 30 hours per week (08:30-15:00 Monday-Friday)

Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Attendance Officer to join our school team. As a successful applicant, you will work closely with students, families, pastoral teams, and external agencies to improve attendance and punctuality, while monitoring and analysing data to ensure accurate records and effective interventions. The ideal candidate will have experience in an education setting, strong IT skills, excellent communication abilities, and a flexible, problem-solving approach.
