Job Role – Early Years Teaching Assistant with SEN Experience

Salary – £92 per day

Responsibilities:
*Provide a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for children aged 0–5
*Support the planning and delivery of engaging and age-appropriate activities
*Observe, assess, and record children’s progress in line with the EYFS framework
*Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents/carers, and colleagues
*Promote children’s personal, social, emotional, and physical development
*Work effectively as part of a dedicated team to maintain high standards of care
*Ensure all safeguarding and health & safety procedures are followed at all times
What we require:
*Hold a recognised childcare qualification at Level 2 or above (e.g. CACHE, NVQ, BTEC)
*Previous experience working in an early years setting
*Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills
*Warm, caring, and patient approach to working with young children
*A commitment to promoting equal opportunities and safeguarding
*At least 6 months experience within the last 2 years ideally within Early Years
*Enhanced DBS check on the online update service or willing to get one
*Ability to provide two professional childcare references within the last 2 years
