Senior Conference Producer – Maritime Industry
Location: Fareham, South Coast | Full-time | Office-based
Salary: £30k–£32k DOE + perks

My client is seeking a Senior Conference Producer to lead flagship conferences, driving innovation, securing top-tier speakers, and delivering world-class events that shape the future of the maritime industry.
Your mission:
*Take full ownership of conference projects from concept to delivery, including onsite management in the UK and overseas.
*Craft innovative programmes that attract top speakers and delegates.
*Drive sponsorship, promotion, and engagement.
*Build strong relationships with industry leaders and partners.
Experience Required:
*Proven experience in project management, juggling multiple priorities with precision and attention to detail.
*A confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.
*Strong research and analytical abilities to craft insightful programmes.
*Self-motivated, proactive team player with a can-do attitude.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office; second language skills and a driving licence are a plus.
*Willingness to travel internationally to deliver exceptional events.
