We’re looking for a Head of Finance who will:
*Own everything finance across both the parent and trading businesses
*Sit on the Senior Management Team
*Help shape the future, not just report on the past
*Build controls without killing momentum
*Bring insight, challenge, and clarity to decision-making
*Manage a small finance team.
You’ll be the person who:
*Knows where the money actually goes
*Explains the numbers in plain English
*Spots issues early (before they become expensive)
*Helps the business grow profitably, not just quickly
What we’re looking for:
*ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified
*Experienced across both accounting and commercial finance
*Comfortable in a manufacturing / operational environment
*A confident leader who people trust
