The Role
You will manage a full residential conveyancing caseload, including:
*Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
*Remortgages
*Transfers of equity
*New build transactions
*Shared ownership work
*Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and third parties
*Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements
About You
To excel in this role, you should have:
*Qualified Solicitor status (NQ to 5+ PQE considered)
*Solid experience managing your own residential conveyancing files
*Strong client-care skills
*The ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
*A proactive approach to managing deadlines and risk
