The Role
You will handle a broad range of commercial work, including:
*Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts
*Advising on commercial risk, regulatory issues, and compliance
*Supporting clients across sectors including technology, manufacturing, and professional services
*Assisting with corporate transactions where required
*Providing clear, pragmatic commercial advice to key stakeholders
*Supporting business development and maintaining strong client relationships
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
*2+ years’ PQE in commercial law (PQE flexible for strong candidates)
*Solid experience drafting and advising on commercial contracts
*Strong analytical, drafting, and negotiation skills
*Excellent communication and the ability to manage client expectations
*A proactive, commercially focused mindset
NQ solicitors with strong commercial seats will also be considered.
