Job Description:
Are you an experienced IT professional looking for an exciting opportunity? Join our dynamic team as a 2nd Line IT Support Engineer on a long-term contract, offering excellent benefits, including 6 to 7 weeks of annual leave.
Key Responsibilities
· Installation and configuration of diverse organisational and educational software.
· Installation and troubleshooting of computers and network equipment.
· Deployment of devices and creation of images.
· Maintenance and installation of audio-visual and IT equipment.
· Configuration and monitoring of equipment and services.
· Providing Level 1 and Level 2 user support in response to requests.
· Supporting and executing IT department projects.
· Ensuring equipment efficiency and operational excellence.
Working Hours
Choose a schedule that works best for you:
· 8.30 am – 5:30 pm (1-hour lunch)
Location: The main site is based in Kensington, offering a central and accessible workplace.
